It all goes via your visa agent. You'll receive some documents from Neom to provide to the agent (Neom poa for your visa, etc.).

Otherwise I can only suggest you prepare things like your degree...

One suggestion from my experience is that they only want properly scanned documents. No photos from a camera.

From what I understand it's got worse regarding families. They are pretty much only taking people as if they are single with a vague idea that their families may be able to join them in the future.

I don't have direct exposure to this, as I'm joining as a single person, but I've seen others commenting in the threads that Neom are, at least, discouraging spouses and families from relocating...

For me it was 3 weeks, but I'm told my position was "urgent", so probably my timeline can't be depended on too much.
