Could you tell me how you managed to get the visa without a degree? I have my job offer with NEOM but donâ€™t have a degree.

I have a job offer and Iâ€™ve passed the background checks etc but I donâ€™t have a Degree just 30 years of work experience. Is there a work around for the lack of a degree?
