Thanks for the info , apparently they don't have a standard process for everyone , maybe it depends on the position and how urgent they need you.

Wow , this is really fast , I think its not the same waiting time for everyone , so did you get an offer before the background check /uploading your documents ? or do you mean a verbal offer ?

Thanks for the replay , did you try to follow with them up while waiting for the offer ? I think I will not get any offer before providing them with the pay slips.
