Re: Nonimmigrant Visa Waiver of Ineligibility Application

Re: Nonimmigrant Visa Waiver of Ineligibility Application

They provide a tracking number for it going to the consulate. And once it's delivered to the consulate I think that tracking number is no longer useful for the delivery of the passport back home (I...

Re: Nonimmigrant Visa Waiver of Ineligibility Application

Not sure why yours is taking longer. I think it can depend on the reason you're applying for a waiver. Most people it's a waiver for a CIMT or similar and it takes the timelines quoted. For things...

Re: Nonimmigrant Visa Waiver of Ineligibility Application

CEAC remains refused until the embassy starts the stamping process. The first thing to change is the AIS status. Is that still on "Appointment"? It changes to "send documents" as the first thing to...

Re: Nonimmigrant Visa Waiver of Ineligibility Application

I hit 8 months next week. The website now says it can take "up to 9 month", so either we're the unlucky ones that get the peak of 9 months, or people waiting after us will have to wait beyond 9...
