How about Express mail or fedex etc?
You might need it but then again you might not...but as we always find out it's best to cover all your bases. If it caused a problem in the interview you would...

Re: NYC roll call-AOS

Why would you assume that delays are due to "problems" with some applications. There is plenty of evidence on this board suggesting otherwise.

Re: NYC roll call-AOS

I know they are overwhelmed with the deluge of applications.
All I would like to see is that they process applications in the order they were received.
That's logical right?

Re: What documents to carry when travelling on Advance Payroll?

At JFK I am always marched off to the secondary immigration official who rarely asks me anything. I take a seat and wait 5 to 10 minutes and that's it.
I always take both parts of my AP even though...

Re: What documents to carry when travelling on Advance Payroll?

All you need is your passport and your AP.
Don't worry about it too much, its a very simple process at the immigration control.

Re: Finally NYC AOS interview is scheduled

Good news! I'm sure you can do 3 more months after waiting so long.
But now it seems that the FBI security checks are way behind as well.

Re: New York City AOS timelines

I think those of us who applied in 2002 should start a protest outside Federal Plaza. I mean this is just ridiculous that we are waiting so long. It is adding years onto our wait for citizenship....

Re: With a advance parole, can I walk through citizen/permanent resident lane at airport?

If you are travelling with a US citizen such as your wife/husband then you stay with them.
If you are alone then you will have to go through the visitor channel.

Re: Visa Waiver Program: extending stay after 90 days

Mexico and Canada will definately not work. I would think that the immigration people would be highly suspect of you if you go to Costa Rica or something like that.
The only real choice is to go...
