I would be looking to move to Yorkshire.

Realistically, I have to do a trial run and I need to have some security so I can't sell my house in case things don't work out...

Do you mind me asking as well, how did you find the drop in income and the drop in lifestyle and from returning back from a good job to a lower paid job? I think this is something I'd really struggle...

I moved to Australia in the 2000's with my Australian now ex partner. We are now separated and I have no family here. I am desperate to move back to the UK and the feeling just gets worse...
