I have told that there is a way of converting from an H4 (not entitled to work) to a temporary working visa, so that that person (H4) can apply...

I have a seperate question relating to the spouse of an H1B holder (ie, holding an H4) - is there a way for her to apply for work, and what visa must she hold for this?
