If the amount in SIPP exceeds threholds for FBAR, and Form 8938 (FATCA) at any time of the year, it must be reported as such when filing tax return.

As an individual receiving pension I only care how much I get and how to get it work for me. So far transferring to SIPP is the clearly much better choice.
