I agree, I bet WAPol are absolutely made up with how many applicants they’ve had. Suppose it keeps the standard up, given they have to choose suitable candidates from 9000 miles away.

Mine was HR only, when my line manager asked could they complete it as there’s a lot of character type questions within the form they were explicitly told no. Generic HR one only.

Think if I’m not mistaken SAPOL were recruiting around 2012 from the UK last time. Wouldn’t be surprised to see them recruit again from overseas
