This source from unlock website states thats without intent parts of abh and gbh wont fall as CIMT but obviously that should be corrected as the consular officer did double check that- it was gbh...

did the give you a estimated timeframe for your first waiver of three months ? Reason im
asking is I was given 6 months so wondering if response can come earlier or later.

Putting this here to ask if there's any recent timeframes for the first waiver ? In my case its for a work visa from London, UK to the US.

I had my London embassy visa interview on 1st of November where the consular officer deemed gbh section 20 a CIMT but then recommended a waiver and I handed over the police report and the VCU01 form...
