Before you do them there's practice, one is spelling and grammar, one is a bit like tetris getting blocks to fit into a shape, one is blocks and you have to repeat the pattern it might be flipped 90...

There was 343 questions to answer in one of the sections. Think in total it was over 1 hour to complete. There's also some maths and English tests but next to it, it says N/A so not sure if they have...

Also got my email today from WA police for physical tests and psychometric ones.

Just got to book in with a PT that can do it then all done. Done the psychometric ones this morning

The application process has only been out two weeks and I applied on 20th October within a few days of it going live so not long at all.

Are the L's in the 6 week shift pattern lates as the others are marked up at A for afternoon.

I would also like to know about what shift patterns are generally like. Is it like 2 early shifts 2 lates and 2 nights and however many day off or does it work differently in WA

I'm happy to do ront line policing again if I have to. I would want to go back to being a DC though as I really enjoy investigations.

I was wondering if you could tell me what pay grade UK cops go in at? I've got nearly 11 years policing experience. From what I gather I go in as a 5th year of service cop and would have to attain...
