When I went through Nashville (a relatively small internation airport), there secondary office was shut on both occasions. The officers just asked me a few more questions when i collected my bags. ...

Went through MCO (orlando) in May and sent to secondary, was there for 5 minutes (empty) and just asked me again what i am here for and then wished me a pleasant stay.

Secondary is just next to...

Waiver of Ineligibility B1/B2 Visa & APC at customs

Hi I have a 5 year B1/B2 visa (waiver of ineligibility)

My question is can i use the APC Kiosks? the video states B1/B2 visa holders can.

Good to know, what airports? JFk, was sent to secondary, Nashville 3 times they just wanted to talk to me as i picked up luggae, much smaller airport than JFK.

There is no LEGAL agreement to share criminal records between US and UK automatically at borders unless under certain conditions. Ie sex register, no fly lists, terrorism etc. the request has to be...

The US do not have access to UK Criminal Records.

Only a request from the US directly via interpol etc will the UK grant this information

Notified to pick up my Visa from DX in London 2/11

all in all just over 3 months. amazing considering last time i applied 5 years ago it took 8 months

Appointment 26th July

4th Visa

yea luckily enough not off to the US until 2023, but applied thinking it was still the standard 6 months wait
