Wise works fine, but I get USD so it goes to the US bank partner of theirs. Never held for anything, and it is well in excess of the amount you cited.

Again, the answer is they do not care. You will simply get your current salary + uplift. They won't move you into the minimum salary of the job grade just because you're under it.
