I 've talked to my company lawyer about this. He told me I should n't have any problems in getting my H1 stamped in Canada. So I am going to go to US consulate when I land in January.

I was thinking that I would get the passports back within two or three days. I don't understand why it takes this much time considering if you go to the consulate, you can get it on the same day.

I am with you guys!!! The wait is frustrating. My IA was done in the third week of June. Last week I saw my status updated with "Medicals Received". I had lived in two other countries other than US....
