Thank you Rete, The officer who did out interview asked us to send the tax returns at the interview. But she has transfered since then.
This is what we were told the last time we inquired about it...

Thank you for the info, yes you are right. it is illegal to buy a gun with an non immigrant visa. But now I am AOS pending, Does that mean I am an immigrant, because immigrnts could own a gun....

Actually , we did go to the sessions together, then the counsalar asked me to stop coming to every session and come whenever she wants me to. that is what I have been doing,
