I think oxagon are for those whom are working there. So likely no choice ; it’s either nc2 or oxagon if you working there.

the locals are very welcoming ; they believe deeply in neom and happy...

great idea. Lots of people have families in riyadh jeddah or even aqaba and Bahrain.

better doing this and getting here sooner than wait for two beds at nc1. Schools are decent.

Even 15/20% is good given tax free and we al earning more out here than uk. 30% would be great of course but it all on your boss and how hard you work for them and whether they are the rewarding...

I might be wrong but my understanding was that you can only use up to a maximum of five days at a time. Eg you can’t use all twenty in one go but you are able use less than five as you please.

Yes it will. The main ones are a base salary then a housing, transport and mobile allowance as three additional elements. Which will then give you a total take home cash salary.
