In case it’s helpful for someone else in the future, not for ‘I told you so’ my partners visa has just been approved with this English test.

I’ve just called a solicitor and showed them the test. They have advised it will be accepted.

I respect peoples opinions on here thats why I’m doing extra research when people here say it won’t be...

Just an update:

I called the Home office line last night again, staff informed me the test is fine but wasn’t totally convinced she was fully clued up on everything. Will keep digging

this is the issue I’m having, some say absolutely no or absolutely yes. It’s not a simple process!

Just called the home office, apparently they are expecting to see the lead times improve over the next couple of weeks, so fingers crossed!

Thank you, I suspected to be the case. As far as I’m aware priority has been suspended otherwise we’d pay for it
