If anyone else is looking at this thread with same move in mind, this point about visas is 100% correct unfortunately - March 2022 is your best timing.

Unfortunately I confirmed an earlier posters point that L1B visas are delayed until spring next year and getting later and later.

Basically decided...

Trying to establish with HR where my visa is in the process and what my salary will be. Hopefully not right at the back of the queue & >Â£70k. Been various complications with this move already and...

Summer 2022?? Holy shit, Iâ€™ve already been waiting a year, I think Iâ€™d have to call it a day if that were the case. Is this on the US consulate site? Canâ€™t see much other than original covid...
