Jamie , the whole process took about 3-4 months, from the point I accepted my offer till I get my visa . This was because travel was banned from the U.K. to the US.

Thank you for your responses. I managed to negotiate 90k USD, 10k for housing. I get international school fees paid , $35k relocation allowance. Given its a sales role, i expect to make around $30k...

I believe its shortchanging due to longer working hours (from 35 to 40/week), shorter holidays (from 26 to 15days), and the fact that I get full private health insurance covered in the UK, and...
