Well, really it can't get more negative. But thanks anyway.

The problem is, he can't even get into Mexico because he holds a Croatian passport and he needs a visa. :(

What kind of experience?? We did my husbands sponsorship through the Berlin office ~ it tooks us 5 months in total ~ very pleased.

If I thought I couldn't get more confused than I am right now ~ I was certainly wrong.

So basically, even if my husband HAS a PR card, he will still be required to obtain a visa for lets say...

Ok, so pretty much, we are screwed. We just lost $5000, because he holds a Croatian passport, no US visa, no PR card, no nothing. I can't believe with all my schooling I have overlooked this...

And the other problem with that is ~ he does not have a visitors visa, and I doubt he can get one in 5 days because he is leaving on Jan 23rd which is next Sunday.
