I am in the same situation. Only initial email about forwarding the application to UKVI. Some people have received the acknowledgment email after one month of the biometrics. Wish there was an option...

Thank you for posting the timeline.

Did you receive any acknowledgment from UKVI? My partner had biometric on second week of November and I am yet to receive any acknowledgment from them.
