Thinking of going back to the UK this June once our son has graduated. Can he go to College as a UK resident or will we have to pay international student fees? Found information regarding University...

I managed to get a job in engineeering, my new employer's doing the paperwork for the PNP in BC, we are just in the process of sorting paperwork for the embassy which is taking time....
