indonesian passport. I have british passport. She has what i think is an article 10 residence card (on the card it says in spanish "family member of citizen of the union" or somehting to that effect)...

hello thanks for the reply. This is what i have been reading too, but i have also found some anecdotal stories of people trying to travel with this method and being denied at the gate by the airline...

Even if you lose your EU green paper and need a replacement?

Does the TIE have any benefits? are we granted permanent residence regardless of which we have, or do we need to satisfy any criteria?...

Haha sounds about right... i was on the phone today to an immigration lawyer who i left my number to and i think if anything i was the one who ended up advising her..... should have charged her :D

that is exactly what i have gathered. Im worried that in 2020 they could have changed it and request official documents from the UK showing you renounce your british roots. Thats why im trying to...

Is it possible the spanish could ask for an official document from the uk confirming you have renounced citizenship?

Where can i find a reliable source of information about this? Even lawyers...

Im from barcelona, june-september is just way too hot without air conditioning. You get used to it, but honestly i prefer being cold... :D

I went to extranjería and was told similar information. Also of note the A4 sheets are no longer given out, just small green paper cards, but they are both recognized equally.
