Thanks for your reply, no I'm not looking for buy to let mortgage, but I was thinking to add a Extra room and renovation in the future, may cost me about 40k ,not sure .

I appreciate all your advice, can I ask would I be able to fill p85 ,p45 and part 2,3 on line?
.I been told that to emerge all my pension in one pot before I leave uk, as would be more difficult...

Thanks for reply, the reason I'm saying I may loose 1,2 month wage here in uk ,is that I have to resign first, and then wait for my p45 to arrive, to send it with p85, i believe takes about 4 weeks,...
