My understanding is its only 'proposed' and not an actual fact as yet, but it makes good headlines. Suggest everyone waits for it being put into law and even then read the small print lol.

As I understand it, if it's our personal belongings, clothing and other small bits and bobs, really didn't think we'd have an issue but must admit not checked in depth, probably should lol and will.

Thanks BarrieJ really appreciate your time in answering, assume that means any driver can drive your car 'with your permission' and don't have to be a named driver.

Unfortunately I'm 64 and don't qualify for the state NHS for a couple of years so have to provide in the meantime. Totally agree with you come the time I'm sure we'll revert (if we can).
