Hi. Did you get your refund? It’s been a month now I haven’t received mine. I had to cancel and reapply for visa, I didn’t get an email confirming refund is successful.

Thats right. You don’t have to purchase from VFS as long as the label is from UPS. I’m not too sure if USPS is acceptable, I’m 100% sure UPS is accepted.

They ask for a declaration so it will help you explain what went on between those accounts and they should be able to also confirm by looking at your bank statements for the past 6 months. Good luck!
