My guess is that they will recruit people from the reserve list, considering that it is valid until the end of 2022 and that the 500 additional need to be ready for deployment on 1/1/2023. If there...

I don't think that Poland's lockdown has anything to do with sending contracts, since training will take place elsewhere.

One more detail: from the 265 of the first batch, only 260 continued with the second stage of the training in Poland. Interesting to learn the reasons why these 5 quitted.

Don't expect answers of this magnitude in this forum, it is just too early. None of the 265 already selected has set foot in Warsaw for settlement, they receive online training.

I doubt that. If this was the case, nobody working with FRONTEX would renew their contract after the first 5 years.

Not that much. Tip: when making the turn, lower you body as to lower the center of gravity and make the turn quicker and avoid losing balance. Attention must be given as not to drop the flag!

I doubt that. This is why the result is "pass" or "fail". You don't get a premium if you do an extra x% and then an additional y% if you exceed the limit by any factor.

In my group of 11 persons, 2 didn't make it... One due to injury during the beep test. According to the staff, general success ratio is about 92%!

So, I had the PA test. I can only add to what has already been said, that staff is very supportive and encouraging. Just believe in yourself and make it happen! I did it. Good luck to you all!
