I planned a trip to visit my husband in Nottingham. I'm in Tennessee now and didn't even consider that with the new lockdown I may not be allowed to go? Anybody know if I would be allowed to visit?

No problem about the questions. Yes, an immigration officer mentioned this to him at his last visa renewal. He can’t be out of the country for more than six months at a time. He was home for a while...

Yes, I meant I would have to wait six months to apply while we accrued income in the UK. His US OPT visa expires in September so we were hoping to go the the UK together then.

He has a Nigerian passport, but has had leave to remain in the UK for six years now. Residency permit.

Also, could he do this for the 6 month option, or does that one have to be from one employer?
