If you read carefully the selection notice, the answer is on page 9/14. You start building Eu pension scheme OR you can stay in your national pension (FX will pay contributions to your country...

I was thinking about the extended medical check that Frontex talk about in the selection notice. But it should come after the job offer. So i guess they are not ready yet to do it...
