The 300 candidates mentioned, beliving the intell is good, can't be all Polish. The reason why is .... statistics 101. So the 300 are the ones that took the interview.

From my understanding my employer is obliged, but he can raise issues if it is asked without a minimum of 90day from the starting date.

Because that is an issue that troubles me. Supposing that I make it through all the stages of the procedure I have to ask my employer for a leave of absence which could be turned down...

Well, I'm not so sure. Most probably they have sent the emails to those who they think are more suitable. Not everyone will probably make the English test cut. So if they feel they haven't many...

It's unfair an English native speaker applying for this job. If it were up to me Your language test would be in Greek :)
