Yes I stay in canada in those periods, Now they send a questionare form & give me a month to fill & send them back. The form has 2 tables having headings From Date, To date, Employer Name, Work...

Thanks Paul,

Actually 3 months back they already asked my full passport copy, my bills, bank statments, pay slips etc.
& I already send them those documents inclusing my flat lease, my home phone...

I, my wife & 2 sons landed in may 2007, got our PR card & then we left to our country In June 2007, as my mother in law got paralysis...

HI,

I , my wife & 2 sons are PR card holder of Canada,
My wife gave birth to a daughter in my native country i.e in Pakistan.
She born on 23rd Sep 2007.

Mr Miller,

I entered Canada 2 months back along with my family, a wife & 2 boys. We all got our PR cards.
Now we all come back to our home country, as my wife is going to delivered a baby next...

Hi,

As I had a genuine problem to submit my passport to CHC.
So I simply wrote an email to them & defined my situation.
And thanks God that they extend the visa form submisison date.
