Don't worry, I know I won't be able to hit the ground running. I would ideally look to be their equivalent of an HCA while I study towards the state NCLEX, that way I can learn how their hospitals...

The husbands job offer is with his current employer, it is a promotion too, not just a direct transfer.
Also, I am an operating theatre nurse, with 17 years experience, so have a few skills to offer...
