She called them and said them that she made a mistake that she didn't add husband's name on her account and the lady said it's ok you can add now and my wife replied both of ours savings are more...

That savings was mine but it was in our joint account i put that money in because of visa purposes and i was in Pakistan and used to use that account. That's why she didn't realize that she had to...

She's going to tell she thinks she did a mistake because she didn't know she had to add her husband's name on UC. So now she read somewhere or told her friend that you had to add your husband's name...

My wife thought I'm not allowed to take public funds so that's why she didn't add me on her UC.

My Wife got call from them 2 times and asked them that my husband is not allowed public funds should i add him with my universal credit or not they said you can ask case manager about these...

She contacted them 2 time on phone and tried to ask but they said we don't know if you want to ask any question then contact case manager. Then we tried to join our account without contacting them...

My wife applied for universal credit before my coming to UK that's why she didn't declare that time about savings.now someone told us that you both have to be on universal credit with joint account....

But can't you take Universal Credit for kids or other purposes that it's combination of different things, if you have money more than 16k?
we don't have any job yet so that's mean if we'll apply...

i returned back yesterday to UK before completing my 180 days. Went to Pakistan on 13th of November came back to UK on 3rd of May is it ok?

I'm trying my best to return back before 180 days completed. But on every form I'm reading that there is no 180 days rule for spouse visa holders

We're trying to go back to UK but there's Quarantine rule at hotels. It's very expensive and hard to Querantine in hotels with kids.

There's quarantine rule 10 days in a hotel for Scotland and we can't live in a hotel with 2 kids for 10 daysYes i got brp last year end of march
