I'll never forget the first time I ordered fish and chips from some place in a mall the first time I visited the UK only to be told I had to pay (gasp) for the ketchup when I asked for it.

I heard the report on CNN in the UK. Although it could have been similar to what Manc said earlier and based more on travel warnings. It was early, :D
