did you wife worked in both company in same time ? Yes she has been working in both the companies ( company 1 Nov 2018 - till date, company 2 Mar 2019 - till date)

Attached the refusal reason. she had submitted 6 months payslip from company 1 and 3 months from company 2. Thanks for your help, greatly appreciated.

Two payslips, one for 6 months and another one for 3 months. Now, my wife has been working in both the companies more than 6 months. we are planning resubmit the application.

My wife and her employer have received phone calls from home office and it's been a week and I have not heard anything from home office yet. how long we need to wait for a decision?

Nope, she works for a bank and part time in a shop. The verification was for part time job.

Agree, in few cases, ECO interviewed both sponsor and employer as well but not sure in my case as employer did not receive any call so far. My wife said she did well except few questions. Lets see.

My wife received a call from home office on Sunday and Entry clearance officer interviewed her for 20 mins about her second job and family details.

You can call or email them to check your application status. They usually request you to wait until 30 business days over and then you may escalate it....
