Im in the process of deciding who to use too. I’ve had a quote from transfur animals too. Nightmare as there’s so much to consider for the Cat isn’t there!

Thank you for your quick response. There is still an option for a prepaid return envelope but I'm unsure how to get one of theses? . They state they "prefer" certified things but that works out more...

Hi thank you for the information. Yes I have my registration.... it took me more or less 3 months as I found the written statements so time consuming! I can’t imagine what a nightmare it was for you...

I was in the same dilemma. Have a go at filling in the forms yourself and see how you get on. You don't need to use them if you find you want to use an agent but as others have said they may be able...
