can I ask what your status said before you heard back. Ours just says ‘Send Documents’ which obviously we have already emailed. We are worried we have missed something.

hey we filed ours on the 19th July and still waiting to hear anything. Very frustrating but it is what it is. Let’s keep in touch because it sounds like we are in the same boat. X

Hey,

we sent all information for our E2 Visa Application via email last week and the status still says ‘please send documents’ how long do I leave it till I ring them and check they received it...

Do they need time review all the documents etc I wouldn’t have thought a week is long enough . I read online that it can take 6-8 weeks 🤷🏼‍♀️ And then you apply for an interview.
