As for Russian and other ex-USSR experience, one of the main factor is a failure to provide and support references as the proof of work experience (including specific w.exp. for additional points)....

Sure. I think that Accountants due to the professional character can consider, analyse and evaluate all the items of immigration process and are capable to make the right decision as the result :)...

I have also applied as accountant, though for the last 2 years I specialised as internal auditor, and in November I passed 4 part exams and got CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) qualification...

Russia is REALLY a big country... or number of doctors is not enough for number of potential migrants :)

It's hard to say now. There is a lot of information here, sometimes controversal. For example, try to print '136 nin MODL' in search window and you'll get rough estimation of how often this question...
