No we obviously no that is not aloud we have followed the rules the whole process why we jeopardize that now. Some how I need a new attorney to take over my case and get the requested paperwork...

we did a renewal in uk as he advises yes the I 94 was valid till 2026 but as soon as we leave usa trip visit family etc we have no valid e2 visa to return on as expired on April 2024 we don’t want...

Yes I was worried this is the case but I can still submit the requested documents to complete the e2 renewal they have requested the documents for as it’s not a complete denial it’s suspended...

Correct so this is my question my E2 visa is expired already April 2024 attorney told us do not leave USA till your extension is confirmed which it is not so if I leave I loose my 194 which is valid...
