One correction - we were told that application is "awaiting a decision". Presumably, it still means that they have received our documents ? Thanks in advance.

In the first application, we didn't include the NARIC letters and letter from the institute confirming that medium of instruction was English. We had only included degree certificate and marksheets....

I am still concerned about the English letter requirement. My wife has two letters from NARIC Red - one saying that her BE in India is equivalent to BE Honours in UK. Second is her level of English...
