visa refused for us under partner rules. There were two other people at the centre who had a date on their sms and they got their visa ..

ones who don’t it’s refused ......

I got a response from Sheffield email stating decision will be in due course... this is after I escalated... does anyone know how long it takes after this email...or is there no time limit ? Thank...

Hey, I’m not sure I just called asking for the status....the lady told me a decision hasn’t been made. It’s over 120 days of waiting ...
I told her that I’m recovering from surgery and really am...

Thank you Natasha. All the requirements are met... I know what you mean about force marriage ... my best friend was forced into a marriage went abroad, got married, she didn’t know him at all ... ...

It’s been 6 months for me waiting, I contacted the UK visa no decision has been made. ( paid 17 pounds for a 3 min call) My solicitor told me to go to the MP.
MP’s caseworker will contact the UK...

if the home office don’t give a decision 24 weeks don’t they have a duty to explain why it’s taking longer......
