I've recently read that a Saab specialist has just set up in Dartmouth so getting a 'real' Saab serviced shouldn't be too difficult.

Thanks for those perspectives. I took the houses being empty as positive in that - 'they've gone, one less link in the chain'. I have a spidey-sense when it comes to mold so will keep alert on that....

Which is the best state to source a car from? Guessing California or Florida - dry but not too sunny? Always imagined an Arizona or Texas car would have more UV damage.

All good points. It is a potential new post with a new employer, my skillset is fairly scarce hence they are targetting the UK resource for roles they can't fill locally.
