Sorry i should've added into my original post that i do actually have a job lined earning more than the 18.600 required, i just wasn't 100% sure if i needed to be making the equivalent in Australia...

This is very true, we went there last week to have a chat with them as you need to book an interview to organize a wedding with them. The nearest possible date that they had available was for 7 weeks...

I had it explained to me that i couldn't apply for it unless i was in Australia, and that while they made a decision i would not be able to leave? Because i was going to wait and then apply, then...
