That's true. If the US side has doubt with your entry/exit, they can access the custom information which they share with Canada. I believe both countries are currently sharing the entry-exit...

No, that's not true. If you look at the N-400 form, you are required to list ALL trips SINCE becoming a Permanent Resident. Ignoring some information is considered fraud.
