There is - but I left the UK without downloading the app (I usually use my PC, not my phone, for banking), and of course you need the PINsentry to set up your mobile banking account...

I arrived in Hawaii to find my Barclays PINsentry is dead. I tried replacing the batteries - still dead. Of course, Barclays will only mail a new PINsentry to my London address, which doesn't help...
