cheers peter very interesting reading, waswondering if a pellet burner was a better option than a traditional log burner maybe the pellet burner for the central heating and a log burner for looks...

thanks for the info, the property is ready to move into but we may take a wall down which is a load bearing wall so architect will be needed for that, as for the heating there are two...
