Got the above update from our case officer today via Email.

it was followed by;

"Your application will be finalised and your visa's granted ASAP (hopefully within 2 weeks)

Very sad to hear your bad news,

A friend of mine asked when i was doing my TRA "is all that stuff neccessary"...my answer was that i just did'nt know!!,

There does'nt seem to be any cast iron...

Just thought id'e let you all know how we got on sending our meds via UPS to Sydney.

We asked our panel docs if they could arrange the courier but they explained they only sent them vis normal 1st...

Yes...lodged 20/09/04 ...got med's requested 9/11/04..dated 27/10/04..

but there are people on here who got their's before me...and they lodged after me!!

i'm not with an agent though..

UPS are charging around £38.00 to pick up from our house today and deliver to Sydney by 15th Nov (express service)

I am attempting this whole buisness without an Agent (at the moment anyway!!)

Am i likely to recieve an Email direct from the ASPC telling me when the Ack & requests are on...

....our meds are done and are still at the doc's.....waiting for the file...

Our panel doc is sending ours away with the xray's & meds forms, he says he does that incase they request them later.....to save time.

Don't know if he's wright but i suppose it makes sence....
