Statistical surveys from Statistics Canada show that unemployment among immigrants is higher and incomes are lower compared with canadian-born. They are also notoriously underemployed.

yes, there are immigrants that are doing well professionally and financially, but these days that is rather exception than rule

i know that Sydney used to be one of the slowest ofiices (>3 years). Vienna is much better choice especially if you have Quebec selection certificate (6 months for Qc + 9-12 months for feds)
