UK Spouse Visa

Hi All,

can someone please point me in a right direction for documents needed to renew spouse visa?

She took the A1 and I understand she will need A2 for renewal.

She was granted 2 years...

have you tried asking someone else flying to istanbul and checking if the passport was ever handed over ?
It could be it was handed over and not picked up ontime and went back to british embassy
...

What country did you apply in?

would you mind sharing the text received on your email from tls, was it tls or vfs?

called around and it costs around £650 for solicitor at least and one said £3k !!!

it was apparently taking them 15 hours to advice me at £250 an hour

would you hire a solicitor or do it...

would your visa and passport not be delivered once? I think it is vignette so they won’t send it for you to attach !!

probably postal form as it is easier from what I have read and more straight forward.

My document list is pretty much same as fiance with addition of marriage certificate when I get it and also...

i think she would need eaa visa, can’t come to uk with spain visa under freedom of movement as long as i know if she doesn’t hold one of the EU passports

no stamp of refusal ?
was it sponsor's passport or yours? yours will be returned to you not sponsor so think this means they have looked at the application and perhaps have decided the application ....
