Great, thanks for the pointers. Credit-Score and Credit-History is a Chicken-and-Egg problem that I face..!! UK Experian score is useless here :(

I guess visa forms filling, writing a business plan, growth plan and projected revenues, etc can't be that hard.. (In any case, with or without lawyer help, an E2 investor should know these things...
